Esther Schvan is a fluently bilingual career transition coach, trainer and facilitator with over fifteen years of experience facilitating and training diverse groups as well as providing one-on-one coaching in the public, the private, the academic and the not-for-profit sectors.

Dedicated to the personal growth of individuals and passionate about inclusion, Esther has developed a reputation for high energy, positive attitude and contagious enthusiasm. Esther is a highly effective communicator. She speaks 7 languages and has lived on 3 continents. 

 

Career Transition Coaching

Esther conducted hundreds of one-on-one career counseling sessions, coaching executives, managers and team members, including the exploration and assessment of life goals, priorities, and desired future direction, customizing the approach to address each client’s unique needs.  

 

Training

Esther designed and delivered hundreds of different workshops in French and English to diverse audiences on a variety of topics including all aspects of Career Transition, Diversity and Inclusion, Intercultural Communication, Respect, Respectful Workplace and Retirement..

 

Education and Certifications

She is a Certified Career Development Practitioner (CDP) and a Certified Professional Facilitator (CPF).

In addition, Esther is certified in Global Competencies Inventory, Myers-Briggs Type Indicator, Emotional Intelligence, 360 degree Feedback, True Colors-Birkman, Appreciative Inquiry for Organization and Community Transformation as well as Open Space Technology.

She holds an MA in Intercultural Relations from the School of International Studies, University of the Pacific, and a BA in Art History from McGill University.
